Whole Lamb Mandi
Have a Tribe along? Not to worry ! Come and enjoy the exclusive Al arbab's whole lamb mandi to create a special feast, that will feed about 12 to 15 members. This is a made-to-order menu, that must be pre ordered a day before and can be customized to your taste.
Lamb Haleem
A very popular middle eastern dish which is cooked for 2 - 3 hours in pure ghee until a fine paste. This is a stew that generally includes wheat, lamb and lentils, that is considered to be wholesome and healthy meal.
The Big Grill Platter
One of our exclusive Mixed Grill platter is flavorsome. It is an assorted platter that includes Grill Chicken, Grill Mutton, Grill Fish served with our signature sauces and choice of salads. The big platter serve 8-10 members
